​Marc Zinkel

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years of professional experience in management consulting and management roles, Marc Zinkel is a founding partner and managing director of BECEPTUM. Marc is focused on supporting customers in strategic and operational expansion management, in business development, and in developing financing constructs and managed investment funds.

Before founding BECEPTUM, Marc was a partner at KPMG, where he headed the Managed Services division. As managing director of Coventor Consulting, he advised service providers and service units of large companies on the design, management and optimisation of services. As Vice President of the Captive Shared Service Provider of the Allianz Group, he was responsible for global expansion and corporate development, as well as for the transfer of corporate functions from operational units. He started his career in IT management consulting with Capgemini and Accenture, resulting in his final role there as head of IT Shared Service and Outsourcing Strategy for German-speaking countries. During his career, Marc managed projects in almost 20 countries across Europe, Asia and North America.

Marc studied business administration in Passau. He is married and the proud father of three children.

​​Tobias Zech

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR   

With more than 20 years of management experience in administration, politics and industry, Tobias Zech is a founding member and managing director of BECEPTUM. Tobias supports our customers in the set-up and execution of international business operations, business model development, shaping corporate sales structures, and in the management of challenging eco-systems.

Before founding BECEPTUM in autumn 2019, Tobias was Senior Manager in International Strategy & Marketing at the Airbus Group. From 2013 to 2017, when Tobias was elected a member of the German Bundestag, he served as a member of the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs, and a member of the Committee on Economic Cooperation and Development. At the international level, Tobias was member of the German delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), where he was Vice-Chairman of the EPP Group, Chairman of the Sub-Committee on the Europe Prize, and a member of several committees.

Before his political career in the German Bundestag, he started in the field of human resources politics at EADS/Airbus, Munich. He then became the Commercial Manager of the Ludwig Bölkow Campus for Space, Aerospace and Security, a high-tech innovation incubator with international companies and projects ranging from materials science to artificial intelligence. He then worked as a Senior Manager in the international strategy and marketing organisation of EADS/Airbus until Beceptum was founded.

Since 2002, he has been a member of the municipal council of Garching an der Alz, and, since 2014, a member of the county council of the district Altötting. From 2002 to 2010, Tobias was a regular soldier in the mountain engineer battalion.
He has been awarded the Bundeswehr Cross of Honour for Valour and the Knight's Cross of Hungary.

Szabina Altsach

SENIOR MANAGER   

After several years of experience in international politics, Szabina Altsach now works at BECEPTUM in the fields of strategic consulting, project development, ecosystem management, and public diplomacy. Szabina also heads the BECEPTUM office in Berlin.

Before joining the company in autumn 2019, Szabina worked for two years as Project Coordinator for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, based in Beirut, Lebanon, focusing on Syria and Iraq. Prior to that, she was a foreign policy advisor for a member of parliament at the German Bundestag in Berlin as well as for the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. In these positions, she was responsible for foreign policy and development cooperation.

Szabina studied international relations, human rights, French and German philology in Budapest and in Montpellier, and gained her master’s degree at Eötvös Loránd University in 2013. Born and raised in Hungary, she is fluent in Hungarian, German, English and French. Furthermore, Szabina is certified Project Manager (IAPM).

SIMONE BERGER

ACCOUNTING

Born and raised in Passau, Germany, graduated from high school in 2000 and subsequently trained as a tax clerk. 

Since 2005 in Munich and working for several law firms and companies in the field of bookkeeping and accounting.

Julia Grote

SENIOR MANAGER   

Julia Grote is responsible for international business development as well as strategic and operational expansion projects at BECEPTUM. Due to her background in financial markets, she supports us in corporate and project financing briefs, including investment consulting and green finance.

Before joining BECEPTUM in 2020, Julia worked at BayernLB, where she developed expertise in various areas, including risk management, IFRS9, Basel III, portfolio management and bond trading. She supported green bond issues for retail investors and played a key role in a project for the profit-optimised loan portfolio management of BayernLB.

Julia studied philosophy, political science, and German literature in Munich (Ludwig Maximilian University) and Sheffield (University of Sheffield, UK) and gained her master's degree in 2013. She then completed a dual business administration degree at the DHBW Ravensburg in cooperation with BayernLB, which she completed in 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree as a qualified bank clerk.

Julia is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®), expert for Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) and alumna of the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

Dirk Kuhl

Associate Partner   

With more than 20 years of professional experience in management consulting and interim management positions, Dirk Kuhl joined BECEPTUM as an associate partner in October 2023. Dirk focuses on supporting clients in the areas of strategic and operational funding and subsidy management, automation in the context of transformation projects as well as business development in expansion projects.

Most recently, Dirk was Director Business Development at the international management and technology consultancy SYNVANCE, responsible for the DACH region.
Within the scope of his previous mandates, he realised national and international expansion projects primarily in the area of business development and finance for e.g. SOFTBANK, TELEKOM, VODAFONE, COMPUGROUP. For seven years he was responsible for the development of three mobile service providers (focus on wholesale and enabling) in the function of Director Business Development. As Managing Director Business Development of a consulting company, Dirk accompanied national and international telecommunications operators in Europe in the Information and Communication Technology segment for another nine years.

Dirk studied communications engineering, speaks German and English and, as a Rhinelander, is at home in Cologne/Ehrenfeld.

Elias Langenberg

Project Manager

Elias joined BECEPTUM as a project manager in 2025 and contributes his expertise in communications, public diplomacy and ecosystem management.

Before joining BECEPTUM, Elias was PR and product marketing manager at the German biomethane trader Landwärme. His responsibilities there included the creation of press releases and website content, as well as tasks in the field of strategic corporate communications. He also focussed on automation potential through AI integration in marketing. He gained practical experience in the field of communication in his previous position at Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb).

Elias holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Business Communication from the Berlin University of the Arts and speaks German, English, French and Spanish.

Gina Mojr

Project Manager

Gina-Maria Mojr rejoined the BECEPTUM team in December 2025. As a project manager, she contributes her experience in regulated markets to projects focused on business and organizational development, as well as expansion and transformation.


Prior to this, Gina-Maria worked for the Christian Social Union for over three years, most recently as Secretary General of the Junge Union Bayern, where she was responsible for the operational management of Bavaria’s largest political youth association. Additionally, during her internship at the Brussels office of MEP Christian Doleschal, she gained insights into European legislative processes and communication strategies.

Gina-Maria previously worked at BECEPTUM from 2019 to 2022 as part of a nearly three-year work-study program, supporting the team with project and investor relations.


Gina-Maria studied Technology & Management and (currently) Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), combining business expertise with technical understanding.

Olaf Sass

Senior Manager

Bringing many years of experience in Cybersecurity and Professional Services, Olaf Sass joined BECEPTUM at the beginning of 2020. As Senior Manager, he is primarily responsible for leading projects in the IT sector. In addition, he provides support on the topics of business development, strategic consulting and sales strategies.

Before joining BECEPTUM, Olaf worked for five years as Manager of Cybersecurity at Capgemini and was head of the Managed Security Services division for DACH. For 3 years, he was the IT-Security Officer at ProSiebenSat.1, where he established an Information Security unit, covering topics such as ISO 27k, SOC, pentesting and awareness. Prior to that, Olaf was Senior Manager at a mid-sized consulting firm, where he was responsible for large carve-out/integration projects connected to IT-Infrastructure.

Olaf studied political affairs in Munich and speaks German and English fluently. He holds several additional professional certificates, in particular, the CISSP.

Dario Schumacher

CONSULTANT   

Dario Schumacher joined BECEPTUM in 2023 as a Consultant and is completing a seven-semester dual degree programme with a focus on marketing management at the International University of Applied Sciences. With his professional experience as a freelance music producer, he supports BECEPTUM primarily in the creation of marketing strategies, sales concepts and social media content.

Mirjam Vogl

SENIOR MANAGER 

At BECEPTUM, Mirjam Vogl is responsible for strategic management and international business development. Mirjam has extensive experience in management consulting and, in previous roles, has worked on several international assignments. Besides BECEPTUM, she has been a long-time partner at GJM Management Consulting, a strategic management consultancy firm which advises international clients at board and senior management levels in developing and executing long-term strategic projects. Mirjam studied International Business and Economics in Munich, with exchange semesters in London and Madrid.

Mina Yusufi

PROJECT MANAGER 

Mina Yusufi joined BECEPTUM in 2025 as a Project Manager and contributes her expertise in business transformation, process management and project communications. She supports the team across client engagements with a focus on operational execution and structured project delivery.


Before joining BECEPTUM, Mina worked in business consulting at MSG Group, where she contributed to transformation and process projects for clients. Prior to that, she gained experience at BMW Group, supporting initiatives at the intersection of business and technology. Throughout her career, she has built international experience working across multicultural project teams.


Mina holds a master's degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), building on a bachelor's degree in Economics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). Her academic background combines a strong foundation in business administration with technical and analytical depth. She speaks German, English and Turkish fluently

Stefan Zuber

Associate Partner   

Stefan Zuber has over 15 years of experience leading communications, press, and investor relations at major companies such as O2 Germany, T-Mobile International, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Gigaset. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in crisis management, change communication, and executive communications.

He was also part of the German management team at Nokia Siemens Networks and served on its European management board. Before transitioning to the corporate world, Stefan worked as a journalist, including as a business editor for the news magazine Focus. This background gives him an in-depth understanding of how the media operates, thinks, and functions.

In 2019, Stefan further enhanced his skill set by earning a TÜV-certified qualification as a business trainer and coach, completing 675 hours of training.
