SITUATION

From 2023, more than 600 companies in Germany will be affected by the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). The law obliges companies to review their supply chain holistically with regard to human rights and environmental obligations and to effectively comply with their due diligence obligations. We have made it our business to accompany our clients in a structured process during the implementation.
