At the CarloForum24 event, which took place at Werkbank32 in Mittweida, Germany, our Managing Director Marc Zinkel was invited by TeleskopEffekt - an innovation and recruiting network in the banking and finance sector - to take part in a discussion with experts on the topics of securing the future, sustainability and innovation. It became clear that ecosystems combining technology, innovation and sustainability play a key role in long-term success. The social aspect is becoming increasingly important, especially among younger generations. At the same time, the next stage in environmental protection is defined by circular economy systems. It is also crucial that sustainability is economically viable in order to be successful in the long term. There are already many positive examples, but to remain forward-looking, sustainability needs new stories and inspiring role models.

The conference entitled "ESG - Threat or Opportunity? Hungary Conference on Sustainable Economy" took place at the Ethnographic Museum in Budapest on 26 June. It was organised by Beceptum Central Europe and Oeconomus Gazdaságkutató Alapítvány.
The event brought together Hungarian policy makers and international experts to discuss the new EU ESG regulations and their impact on competitiveness. The conference covered a wide range of topics, including the regulatory environment, the role of the financial sector, the strategic implications for companies and the integration of ESG criteria in SMEs.
We would like to thank the more than 150 guests, keynote speakers and panelists for their valuable contributions to the discussions.
SUSTAINABILITY CONFERENCE
For the fifth year in a row, municipal companies addressed the topic of sustainability and once again presented best practice examples of decarbonisation and sustainability strategies.
Our Managing Director Marc Zinkel attended the ZfK Sustainability Conference in Berlin on 17 June and presented our services to help SMEs meet the requirements of the CSRD and sustainable business practices.
XII. TURNAROUND CONGRESS 2024
On 6 and 7 June 2024, our Managing Director Marc Zinkel took part in the Turnaround Kongress in Bonn. Together with Rolf Rombach and Patrik-Ludwig Hantzsch, he took part in a panel discussion on the topic of "Effective crisis protection for companies". The question is clear: early warning system or random principle?
The Turnaround Congress is renowned for its in-depth discussions and innovative approaches to corporate governance and crisis management. The event brings together leading experts and decision-makers from business and politics, providing an excellent platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
ENERGIZING A SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRY
We are delighted to be part of Hannover Fair 2024 together with our partner, Scopewire. The fair is one of the world's most important industrial trade fairs where the latest developments and innovations in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, digital economy and the energy sector take place. Various workshops and discussion panels, as well as presentations by leading experts, will provide insights into the latest technologies and strategies for a climate-neutral future.
QUELLENHOF SUMMIT 2024
The first Quellenhof Summit will take place in South Tyrol from the 29th of February to the 3rd of March 2024. The event is an exclusive occasion designed for visionary business personalities. RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
LkSG PRACTICE DAY
Managing Director Tobias Zech was happy to contribute to an outlook on the EU CSRD with his keynote speech "Beyond LkSG: ESG and SMEs".
With many participants from various industries, we were able to exchange views with Torsten Safarik, President of the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA), among others, on the current status of the guidelines.
ECONOMIC SUMMIT 2022
