
MANAGING DIRECTOR
After several years of experience in international politics, Szabina Altsach now works at BECEPTUM in the fields of strategic consulting, project development, ecosystem management, and public diplomacy. Szabina also heads the BECEPTUM office in Berlin and is Managing Director at BECEPTUM Central Europe.
Before joining the company in autumn 2019, Szabina worked as a project coordinator for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation based in Beirut, Lebanon, focusing on Syria and Iraq. Prior to that, she was a foreign policy advisor for a member of parliament at the German Bundestag in Berlin to a member of the German Bundestag in Berlin and to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. In these positions she was responsible for foreign policy and development cooperation.
Szabina studied international relations, human rights, French and German philology in Budapest and in Montpellier, and received her Master’s degree at Eötvös Loránd University in 2013. Born and raised in Hungary, she is fluent in Hungarian, German, English and French. Szabina is also a certified human rights officer (TÜV) and certified project manager (IAPM).
