With more than 20 years of professional experience in management consulting and management roles, Marc Zinkel is a founding partner and Managing Ddirector of BECEPTUM as well as Senior Partner at BECEPTUM Central Europe. Marc focuses on assisting clients with strategic and operational expansion management, business development and the development of financing models and managed investment funds.

Before founding BECEPTUM, Marc was a Partner at KPMG, where he led the Managed Services practice. As Managing Director of Coventor Consulting, he advised service providers and service units of large enterprises on the design, management and optimisation of services. As Vice President of the Allianz Group's captive shared service provider, he was responsible for global expansion and business development, as well as the transfer of corporate functions from operational units. He started his career in IT management consulting with Capgemini and Accenture, mainly in the role of Head of IT Shared Service and Outsourcing Strategy for German-speaking countries. During his career, Marc has led projects in almost 20 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.

Marc studied Business Administration in Passau. He is married and the proud father of three children.
