Ember Csaba previously worked as a senior associate in the banking, finance and capital markets group of the Budapest office of Baker & McKenzie. He then continued his career as a founding partner of Ember ad Szarvas Deloitte Legal, before heading the banking and finance group of Gide Loyrette Nouel's Budapest office. Csaba continued his career as the legal director of National Public Utilities Ltd. and FőGÁZ Zrt. and then as the leading lawyer of the asset division of MET Group. He is currently the managing partner of Martonyi & Partner Law Firm.

Since 2021, he has been an arbitrator of the Energy Section of the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Between 2005 and 2008, Csaba was a guest lecturer of commercial law at the College of Commerce and Hospitality Industry.
