Hübner Management and Beceptum International Support Voilàp Group in Acquisition of Stürtz Group
Hübner Management and Beceptum International have supported Voilàp Group, an internationally active industrial and technology group based in Soliera, Italy, in its acquisition of the Stürtz Group. The German company, specialized in solutions for window and façade manufacturing, was undergoing insolvency proceedings. With this acquisition, Voilàp strengthens its position as a premium provider in the global window and façade industry and expands its market presence.
Alongside elumatec (aluminum machinery) and Keraglass (glass machinery), Stürtz will now complement Voilàp’s portfolio as a premium brand for PVC machinery. By taking over all approximately 350 employees, Voilàp not only secures jobs but also preserves the valuable expertise of the company.
The transaction was structured as a combination of an asset deal and a share deal. As part of the asset deal, Voilàp acquires the production facility and property, all machinery, brand rights, software, intellectual property, as well as order and inventory assets. In parallel, the group acquired shares in the international subsidiaries located in Canada, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Stürtz will continue to operate as an independent organization and brand.

Hübner Management und Beceptum International begleiten Voilàp Group beim Erwerb der Stürtz Group Hübner Management und Beceptum International haben die Voilàp Group, eine international tätige Industrie- und Technologiegruppe mit Sitz in Soliera (Italien), beim Kauf der Stürtz Group begleitet. Das deutsche Unternehmen ist spezialisiert auf Lösungen für Fenster- und Fassadenfertigung und befand sich im Insolvenzverfahren. Mit dem Erwerb stärkt Voilàp seine Rolle als Premiumanbieter in der globalen Fenster- und Fassadenindustrie und baut seine Marktposition aus. Neben elumatec (Aluminiummaschinen) und Keraglass (Glasmaschinen), ergänzt Stürtz künftig als Premiummarke für PVC-Maschinen das Portfolio von Voilàp. Mit der Übernahme aller rund 350 Beschäftigten sichert Voilàp nicht nur Arbeitsplätze, sondern auch das wertvolle Know-how des Unternehmens. Die Transaktion erfolgte in einer kombinierten Struktur aus Asset Deal und Share Deal. Voilàp übernimmt im Rahmen des Asset Deals das Produktionswerk und die Immobilie, sämtliche Maschinen, Markenrechte, Software, das geistige Eigentum sowie Auftrags-und Lagerbestände. Parallel erwarb die Gruppe die Anteile an den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in Kanada, Polen, Großbritannien und den USA. Stürtz bleibt weiter als eigenständige Organisation und Marke bestehen.
